Galt's Gulch Cigarette Dispenser

Nahasa Singh has provided us with a new novelty item- the Galt's Gulch Cigarette Dispenser! Come over to the institute and buy one of them from the lobby stand. It dispenses dollar-sign wearable cigarettes. A great way to make a statement, and no harmful side-effects!
